Belfast and Days at Sea

I must confess, Belfast didn’t initially capture my interest. However, I was utterly amazed and fell in love with every moment spent exploring this remarkable city. Its beauty, uniqueness, and rich history left me awestruck.

Downtown Belfast boasts cobblestone streets, vibrant murals, statues, and an abundance of flowers! Rather than opting for specific excursions, we chose to hop on and off the bus tour.

Riding the double-decker bus, we savored the full route while our entertaining and informative driver regaled us with tales of Belfast, past and present.

We strolled through downtown, indulged in a bit of shopping, visited Belfast Cathedral to admire the largest Celtic cross in Ireland, and then returned to the ship for dinner and a day at sea.

Despite the three days at sea on this lengthy itinerary, we found them to be a welcome respite, offering time to unwind and fully appreciate the ship’s amenities. With captivating evening entertainment, delectable meals, lively lounges, trivia, archery, spa indulgences, and destination talks, we were constantly delighted and never short of enjoyable activities to fill our time!
